Dusti Browning, MSN, RN, NE-BC

Vice President, Growth and Client Solutions

Dusti Browning, MSN, RN, NE-BC is the Vice President of Growth and Client Solutions for Conduit Health Partners. She joined Conduit Health Partners in 2017 to develop the Nurse Triage program. In 2018 she assumed responsibilities as System Director for Transfer Center, Triage and Virtual Care. Subsequently in 2020, she led efforts to attain URAC Health Call Center Accreditation. In her current role, Dusti is responsible for new business development, creating clinical solutions and ensuring client success.

Prior to Conduit Health Partners, Dusti led The Blood Cancer Center for Mercy Health where she was responsible for an inpatient oncological intensive care and step-down unit as well as outpatient infusion. During her time with the Blood Cancer Center, the program-maintained FACT accreditation for both autologous and allogenic transplants. In addition, disease-specific accreditation for both Leukemia and Transplant was awarded.

Dusti also spent 25 years with The Christ Hospital Health Network in Cincinnati. She has held various leadership roles, including management and education. Dusti is passionate about access and improving outcomes through innovative solutions. She has led several quality improvement and program development initiatives with work documented in a publication of Urgent Matters.

Dusti received her BSN from the University of Cincinnati and her MSN from American Sentinel University. She holds a professional certification for executive nursing leadership through ANCC. Dusti completed the VHA Leadership Institute as well as LEAN Leadership training. She was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau National Nursing Honor Society and is a member of AONE and AAACN. Dusti also participated as a content writer for ANCC certification exams.

Since 2020, the Covid-19 response has been a priority not only for healthcare organizations but for all organizations great or small. The need to ensure safety in the workplace has been a priority. Early in the pandemic, Conduit pivoted to support communities, health systems and employers. We offered information lines, participated in planning for hospital capacity management and load balancing, we created programs for vaccination supports as well as for the purpose of screening associated with the ability to return to work safely.
