Chief Operating Officer

Dominique Wells serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Conduit Health Partners, where she oversees operational leadership, quality assurance, innovation, and the technology roadmap. With a strategic mindset, Dominique plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational strategies aimed at enhancing patient care while optimizing costs.

With a career spanning 27 years, Dominique has accumulated extensive experience in clinical and nursing leadership. She has consistently driven clinical standardization initiatives, streamlined processes, and fostered collaborative partnerships, resulting in significant cost savings for multi-hospital health systems. Her expertise in clinical informatics has been instrumental in implementing innovative healthcare delivery methods, leveraging electronic health records (EHR) to their fullest potential.

Dominique holds a RN degree from The Christ Hospital School of Nursing, a BSN from Ohio University, and an MSN in Nursing Executive Leadership from Northern Kentucky University.

In her role as COO, Dominique is committed to driving operational excellence, promoting business growth, and aligning organizational objectives with strategic initiatives. She is recognized for her ability to foster effective change management and drive transformative outcomes in complex healthcare environments.
