Meet Heather Kelsey, Director of Triage and Virtual Care

Heather Kelsey is the Director of Triage and Virtual Care at Conduit Health Partners. In her role, Heather is responsible for strategic and operational leadership, day-to-day management, and oversight of Conduit Health Partners’ Nurse Triage and Virtual Care Center teams. She also collaborates with other Conduit leaders to develop new strategic services and process improvement strategies.

Heather has more than 20 years of clinical experience, most recently with Harness Health Partners where she served as the Manager of the Nurse Staffing Pool. She has 15 years of critical care nursing as well as eight years of telephonic triage and case management experience with Humana.  During her time at Humana, she was responsible for leading remote teams, coaching care managers in telephonic programs, and driving improved processes and efficiencies which included a $1.5M savings. She prides herself on her ability to execute, build relationships and provide strategic thinking/oversight. Having served as a mentor in a variety of roles throughout her career, Heather has been recognized for her ability to drive remote engagement and received an Excellence in Team Engagement award during her time at Humana.

Heather and Joe, her husband of 24 years, live in Lebanon, Ohio, with their youngest son, Gabriel, and a dozen chickens. They also have two older children, Elijah and Isabel, and are the proud grandparents of Isabel’s son, Ryden, who was born this past December. 

Heather loves to garden, serve on the Missions team at her church, and read.
