Beyond her career, she extends this artistry to her personal pursuits, notably launching a business selling custom-made items.
From Caregiver to Strategic Leader
Deepa’s journey into healthcare began with a passion for nursing, sparked during her undergraduate years where she witnessed firsthand the significant impact of compassionate and skilled nursing care on patients’ lives. Rising through the ranks—from Charge Nurse to Clinical Implementation Lead—she gained invaluable insights into patient care dynamics and operational efficiencies along the way.

In addition to excelling in her clinical roles, since joining Conduit Health Partners in 2018, Deepa has also excelled as an Account Manager where she is known for her ability to craft innovative solutions that amplify patient care, streamline operations, and build enduring partnerships with healthcare providers

Deepa was honored with the award due to her ability to go above and beyond to support the transfer center team, provide excellent care while never negating process.

Pursuing a master’s degree in healthcare administration, set to graduate in 2024, she remains committed to building her knowledge base and staying ahead of industry trends and best practices. “Learning and evolving are crucial to driving meaningful change and delivering high-quality healthcare,” she emphasizes.
Deepa has also channeled her creativity into entrepreneurship, launching a small business selling custom-made items. Deepa’s entrepreneurial venture is a vibrant and creative small business that focuses on crafting custom-made items, including unique costumes for various parties and events, along with personalized paintings. Drawing upon her artistic skills and passion for design, she has carved out a niche in the growing market of handmade and customized goods, appealing to clients looking for one-of-a-kind creations.
Balancing Passions and Professional Pursuits
In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Deepa values family time. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and two sons. During her high school years, Deepa embarked on an exciting journey as a foreign exchange student, spending time in both England and Paris. This experience not only broadened her horizons but also enriched her appreciation for different cultures.
