Driving Sales Enablement at Conduit
As the program manager of sales enablement at Conduit Health Partners, Evan LaHote ensures the alignment and optimization of technology for Sales, Marketing and Account Management. His role also extends to initial client outreach, bringing in new potential business opportunities for Conduit.
Evan joined Conduit in December 2021 as the learning and development manager and transitioned to his current role in September 2024. His dedication to the organization and passion for its mission inspired him to step into this role, allowing him to contribute to expanding Conduit’s impact on clients and communities.
The Joy of Solving Puzzles
For Evan, his work is like solving a complex puzzle. “Piecing together the many elements that contribute to successfully securing and maintaining clients is fulfilling,” he shares. He takes pride in identifying missing pieces and creating seamless processes that enhance client experiences and operational success.
Sharing Stories and Building Relationships
Evan loves sharing success stories that highlight the direct impact Conduit’s team members have on patients’ lives. “Coming from a role integrated into daily operations, I can share not just corporate achievements, but also the personal stories that make our work so meaningful,” he says.
Motivation and Vision for the Future
Evan is driven by a desire to leave a positive impact on as many lives as possible. He finds the most rewarding aspect of his work to be reaching new clients, which enables Conduit’s services to touch more lives. Looking ahead, Evan is excited to see Conduit’s services reach more areas, giving team members the opportunity to directly support and make a difference in their own communities.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of Conduit, Evan continues his love for puzzles, whether tackling escape rooms with friends or solving intricately crafted wooden puzzle boxes (a craft he hopes to design himself one day).
An Ohio-raised Floridian, Evan now resides near Orlando with his wife of five years and their five friendly dogs. The couple loves traveling, especially enjoying Disney cruises—a passion inspired partly by his wife’s career with the company.
