Ethan joined the Conduit family two years ago, bringing with him a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for data analysis. As the leader of the analytics and reporting team, Ethan and his team play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data that supports decision-making across our organization. Their work involves creating insightful reports and visualizations, streamlining data processes and ensuring the utmost accuracy in every piece of information they handle.
For Ethan, the most rewarding aspect of his role is the collaborative spirit within the analytics team. He values the genuine connections with his colleagues, describing the team as more than just coworkers—they’re a supportive and tight-knit family.
Reflecting on his journey, Ethan shares the serendipity that led him to his current position. His college days, filled with dashboard-building courses, laid the foundation for a career he now cherishes. Mentors like Adam Kirkendall, director of technology and analytics at Conduit, and James Anspach, senior clinical data analyst at Conduit, have played a significant role in shaping his professional journey. Along the way, individuals of Conduit’s leadership team like Toni Gadberry, director of transfer center operations & technology, Angela Martin, executive director of performance excellence, Dominique Wells, chief operating officer, and Cheryl Dalton-Norman, president, have been beacons of support, faith and guidance, influencing the leader Ethan is today.
The most rewarding aspect of Ethan’s discipline lies in the power of uncovering valuable insights. The analytics team at Conduit delves deep into data, identifies trends and solves complex problems, providing actionable information that contributes to informed decision-making—a genuinely satisfying feeling for Ethan and his team.
Looking ahead, Ethan is excited about the upcoming developments at Conduit, including the launch of the new data lake, Helix. This innovation will consolidate data, offering additional capabilities for client-facing dashboards, tools, and more versatile report automation.
Outside of work, Ethan prioritizes quality time with his family, supporting his children in their extracurricular activities. In his free time, he enjoys exploring photography and videography, with a particular passion for soccer, cheering on FC Cincinnati and never missing a chance to watch US national games.
