Cheryl Dalton-Norman named Health Care Heroes Award Finalist

We are proud to announce that Cheryl Dalton-Norman, President Conduit Health Partners, is a finalist for the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Health Care Hero Award in the Health Entrepreneur category. This recognition honors individuals who have improved the quality of health care in Greater Cincinnati through their expertise, research and innovation, management skills, entrepreneurial efforts, community work, and patient care.

“While I’m not at the bedside anymore, I still encounter opportunities to care for others, even if it’s caring for my peers and team,” said Cheryl. “I’ve learned that if I love, care, and actively demonstrate compassion for those around me, others will do the same.”

With nearly 40 years of experience serving in various nursing and leadership roles, Cheryl’s wide-ranging expertise was instrumental in developing Conduit’s innovative solutions, including the nurse-first model. Cheryl knows how important it is for an experienced nurse to assess a patient’s symptoms to determine the right level of care at the right time and in the right setting for their needs.

COVID-19 brought healthcare and specifically virtual care to the forefront. Conduit’s virtual services like Remote Patient Monitoring, Patient Transfer, and, most recently, Hospital at Home are a lifeline to many, and Cheryl is a significant contributor to their success. Cheryl is a dedicated leader within Conduit, and she continues to seek growth opportunities for all of Conduit’s services.

“We are continuously evolving and adapting to meet the ever-changing demands and challenges of the health care industry,” said Cheryl. “We are proud of the work we’re doing to better serve patients and communities throughout the U.S. We are excited for what the future holds!”

Winners will be announced during the 2022 Health Care Heroes Awards dinner on Thursday, June 2.
